We purchased a condo through Tim last summer. I've known Tim for about 5 years now. He assisted me when searching for a condo in Renton. He was very patient with me while in the decision making process. One of the qualities that I like about Tim, was that I never felt rushed. I truly could sense that he wanted me to be completely satisfied with my condo before purchasing anything. When searching for the perfect condo, Tim got to know exactly what sort of things I valued in a home and what was a priority to me. Knowing this information he was good about checking out the places before taking my family and I to them. He did this so that we didn't have to waste our time with something he knew we wouldn't like. He worked diligently looking at different places and keeping a list of potential places that we might like. Since buying the condo 3 years ago, Tim has always kept in touch. Calling 3 times a year with sale updates in the neighborhood, sending newsletters, sending cards, and e-mailing every so often. Now that my family is growing, we are looking to buy something bigger. Tim is currently looking and working with us again. I've been very pleased and impressed with Tim's work and professionalism. I highly recommend him to ANYONE!
